Traveled for Real Madrid game, amazing location, could walk to stadium. The concierge was wonderful. Rooms were spotless and very modern. Very comfortable bed and lovely area around hotel.

Room was big and spacious and everything really clean! Shower good walk-in size with bathrobes and slippers for you to use. Quiet area, no noise at night -at least that we could hear. Room is cleaned every day with clean towels and all. Hotel offers breakfast too. We didn’t have any but it looked really good and with lots of different options to choose from. Staff were friendly and they gave us both rooms way before our check-in time, which was amazing! They also can keep your luggage with them if needed. Free waters, coffee and tea in the rooms as well as water and candy in the lobby. Hotel is located right by Santiago Bernabéu, so if you are seeing a game there it’s really convenient, if not, plan around it in case you are using metro or taxi. There are 2 metro stations nearby and Atocha is like 20 min car ride. There are some stores nearby and coffee/breakfast places around the area too. If you are trying to stay near the true downtown (Gran Via/Chueca) you are 15 min away on metro.

Regarding location, we needed to be near stadium Bernabeah, so it suited us.we were a family with 3 kids. Rented a car and stayed in the hotel 6 nights beginning of August... we parked just outside the hotel.it is free between around 9pm to 8am, and during the day maybe 2 euros an hour. But since we were outside the hotel during daytime, it didnt cost us much. The hotel parking is smal and around 27-30 euros per day , which we didnt need. The hotel is around 25min drive from main attractions.it is a few minutes drive or walk from the stadium, el cortes angles mall and some shopping streets.the room was nice, spaceous, but didn't like that the toilet sink is inside the room and not in the toilet. So if u want to wash ur hands, dry ur hair..anyone sleeping will be disturbed. Plus the toilet door (a sliding one) doesn't close completely, which is annoying . Bed was comfortable but the sheets were not changed daily, maybe never at all during our stay as a tissue left in bed was still found in bed at night. There wasn't any sign to keep for roomservice to change the sheets, so automatically it is understood that they see changed daily. If u have kids, a free playground is present a few min walk from the hotel which my 5year old liked. The lobby is clean, new nd smells nice.good breakfast buffet.

Excellent hotel for Work. Clean, rooms are more than adequate for work trips, the little amenities kit is great if you are like me (travelling a lot and systematically forgetting you tooth paste). The restaurant is open late and you can “emergency eat” something if you are between meetings.

Comfortable bed and clean bedding always makes for a good sleep. Location was ideal to access the business offices and the room was compfortable and the cleaning staff very helpful.

Location for santiago Bernabéu stadium was perfect no need transportation and you can easily find restaurants nearby

The location is just a few minutes walk from Bernabéu stadium, various excellent restaurants, convenient stores and the biggest El Corte Inglés in Madrid.

Great location, I traveled to madrid to explore the city and attend a football match at Bernanbeu stadium. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT !!! THE HOTEL WAS JUST ONE BLOCK FROM STADIUM. The hotel shares a luxury enviorement according to the area and the city
